Just west of Oak Street Plaza in Old Town Fort Collins  

 

If you have an appointment:

There is 2 hour parking available throughout the Old Town Area. ​​​

 

Upon entering Taproot Wellness you will arrive in the lobby waiting area. Please make yourself comfortable. At the time of your appointment Casandra will greet you!
