Cancellation Policy

Your appointment at Sumu Wellness is a special reservation tailored just for you, and we do our utmost to accommodate your needs. We’re here to support you and want to make sure we can offer our best to each of our clients. We kindly ask for your support with our cancellation policy:

Advance Notice: Requests to cancel or reschedule an appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

​

Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel within 24 hours, there is a fee of  50% of the session fee. We understand that unexpected things come up, so feel free to reach out if there’s an emergency.

​

Missed Appointments: If an appointment is missed (without prior notice) no refund will be provided.

 

Rescheduling: If you’d like to reschedule, please reach out  and we’ll do our best to find a new time that works for you.

Please arrive on time: Please arrive on time or (10 mins early on first appointment-for New Client forms) . If you are late to an appointment, your session will still complete at the end of your scheduled appointment time.

Privacy Policy: Upon booking and during your sessions, we may collect personal information. Your privacy is important to us, and as such, any information you provide is kept confidential and secure.
