Buon Appetito!

Perfect for boosting the immune system & lovingly Inspired by my Italian roots 🍲✨


Vegetable & white bean soup:


3 15 oz cans white beans (Canelli)

2.5 cups chopped celery

2.5 cups carrots (cut in small circles)

1 lg onion chopped

2 cloves minced garlic

6 cups veggie stock

2 tsp thyme

1 tsp oregano (I used Italian seasoning)

Salt & pepper to taste

2 cups chopped kale (fresh or frozen)


Your choice of pasta (In this variation I used barillas gluten free chic pea pasta)


Saute onions 3 mins• add veggies • Stir & cook 5 mins • add beans (rinse if canned)• stock • simmer 10 mins • add kale/spinach • simmer additional 10 mins • add pasta or rice of choice • enjoy
